With international exposure in Dubai and Bermuda, I’ve embraced diverse cultures and flavours, enriching my culinary repertoire. My tenure ( 25 years +) with renowned brands like ITC Hotels, Grand 5 Resort, and iconic establishments such as Down Town, KFC, Pizza Hut Barbeque Nation, and Pind Balluchi has shaped my expertise. From sizzling barbecue concepts to cosy cafes, pulsatingpubs, and dynamic nightclubs, I’ve crafted unforgettable experiences for patrons aroundthe globe.I have successfully created and completed more than 25 hospitality projects, including restaurants, cafés, bars, breweries, hotels, and banquets. Each project reflects a blend of tradition and innovation, delivering great food, unique experiences, and memorable moments for guests.
